I fell in love with the management here. I'm so happy with my apartment i don't know where I'd be if it wasnt for Ashley an Felicia. They helped me with my move in today. they're so patient an helpful they've made the whole move in progress stress free.

Just lease a apartment here at the falls and I can tell you coming form different apartments this experience was amazing my tour guide nam Ashely was very helpful in all my questions gave me a proper tour was very professional I can honestly say I recommend this place to other people and ask for Ashley to assist you I promise you won't be disappointed thanks a lot Ashley I'm looking forward to be moving in my new apartment soon ..

Great Location
I moved to a great location, not only is it close to my job and I work at Wells Fargo However the apartments are beautiful. I had amazing experience in the office with the staff. The property manager and staff check time just show me an experience and move me into the right apartment I was looking for. Thank you

I would like to take the time to submit a review for a great property manager. I moved from my old apartments to the new apartments here at the falls at Westover Hills to follow the property manager. When I moved in the property and the unit, I received is Beautiful... I am so happy I made the right choice to move.

The staff here is incredible! When I first moved in, Alexis was fantastic. She went above and beyond to help me out. She was such a blessing. Everyone here is so kind and welcoming, and they made me feel right at home, especially my daughter. I like how they’re becoming more strict!

“I’ve lived in several apartment communities before, but I’ve never met a property manager like Jenn, along with front desk staff Alexis and Kiarra, who are as kind, respectful, and genuinely helpful. The Falls at Westover Hills is clean, safe, and comfortable, with well-maintained amenities. Maintenance is always quick to respond, and the location is very convenient. Thanks to the amazing team, this place truly feels like home.”
