The Falls at Westover Hills is clean, safe, and comfortable, with well-maintained amenities. Maintenance is always quick to respond, and the location is very convenient. Thanks to the amazing team, this place truly feels like home.”

I’ve been at the falls for almost 2years and I love it here. The location of my apt, how fast maintenance comes when called and the leasing ladies !! The manager Jenn, Kiarra and Alexis are the sweetest and so quick to handle all questions and concerns when I reach out! I expect to be here a couple more years !! Great location, close by most things, visitor parking is limited which is the only downfall but aside from that I’ll continue to renew my lease ! Thanks y’all !

This apartment has trashed us really great throughout the last 2 years living here. We would have stayed but we need something bigger but I would 100% live here again. The “only” downside is roaches but everything else is pretty darn good. I personally lived on the right side of the apartments and never seen any crime happen like some reviews say. Anthony the manager and Priscilla the front desk are remarkable and always here’s your problems out. I would recommend it to someone else. Thanks for providing us with a quality residence experience.

As i took my parents to visit the apartment your representative greed us with a hand shake and asked us how she can help us she was very patient and listened to our needs offered us water and snacks for my parents she assured us with app and showed us different lay outs of apartments and introduced us to promotion which made my dad very happy and made my mother happy with the washer and dryer in kitchen and a desk that she loves to have.all was so perfect for them thank u so much for a fantastic experices for my parents i will definitely let others know about your apartments and the great reception we had
