I have been living in the falls apt.for nearly two years.The management team is excellent,the ladies in the office are very professional and attentive to residents concerns.Even recently I had an issue and was upset and taking it out on the management here,but the staff remained very professional and polite and took care of my maint.issues in a very short time this team gets a five star.

Tabitha has done a good job considering the hand she was dealt. Overall the place is good but some parts are sketchy at night especially in the back corner that borders the property to the east, no lighting and tags everywhere. Aside from my annoying neighbors upstairs who bang their feet all all hours( not Tab’s fault) this has been a good year for us. Based on my experience I would do it again and maint is very quick and professional when problems arise.

Great office staff and the property manager is also the best, very friendly and listens to any concerns! Also responds quickly to maintenance requests!

I always loved living at the falls, if I ever had to go back to an apartment complex it would be the falls at Westover Hills, they have absolutely everything I need in a home 🏡 💕 they are beautiful and have great staff as well, Thank you Tabitha and Karina! 😊 😊 😊

The best Manager that I know is Miss Mary she would help you with anything you need. @Susan Mendez If you don’t likr parking in the street maybe you should pay extra money for carport just like I do I got three of them I never have to worry about parking 🤣🤣 suck to be you or anyone else!!
