Very classy place !

I have been a renter with The Falls at Westover Hill for the past year and since day one of the signing of my lease the office staff, the maintenance team and just the overall energy of the property has been amazing. The fast response for maintenance inquiries as well as communication with the staff is open, friendly and up to date. I love the amenities, the pool as well of the visiting food trucks that help build the community with good food and fun. I would 100% reccomend The Falls at Westover Hills for safety, comfortability, great rental prices, spacious floor plans, community and office staff. I'm staying another year hope to see you soon.

I love my one bedroom apartment. I looked at many and it was by far the most spacious one in the area. Plus it was the best price. Location off 151 with quick access to the 410 and Alamo Ranch is great too. Tons of food options in the immediate area. Staff is friendly and helpful and work orders get done on time. Highly recommend checking it out.
