Best experience
I would like to take the time to submit a review for a great property manager. I moved from my old apartments to the new apartments here at the falls at Westover Hills to follow the property manager. When I moved in the property and the unit, I received is Beautiful... I am so happy I made the right choice to move.

Three years in and the office continues to have an open door policy!!! Never had much of gripe but, I’m no complainer. I appreciate their willingness to listen, speedy answer to my request and affordability in this economy. Thank you for your continued commitment to helping your residents and the community. 🙏🏾

The staff here is incredible! When I first moved in, Alexis was fantastic. She went above and beyond to help me out. She was such a blessing. Everyone here is so kind and welcoming, and they made me feel right at home, especially my daughter. I like how they’re becoming more strict!

“I’ve lived in several apartment communities before, but I’ve never met a property manager like Jenn, along with front desk staff Alexis and Kiarra, who are as kind, respectful, and genuinely helpful. The Falls at Westover Hills is clean, safe, and comfortable, with well-maintained amenities. Maintenance is always quick to respond, and the location is very convenient. Thanks to the amazing team, this place truly feels like home.”

I’ve been at the falls for almost 2years and I love it here. The location of my apt, how fast maintenance comes when called and the leasing ladies !! The manager Jenn, Kiarra and Alexis are the sweetest and so quick to handle all questions and concerns when I reach out! I expect to be here a couple more years !! Great location, close by most things, visitor parking is limited which is the only downfall but aside from that I’ll continue to renew my lease ! Thanks y’all !
