Been here for a year and just signed another year! By far an amazing apartment complex. Management has been so helpful and maintenance gets to my work orders in a timely manner. Aidee & Karina are so helpful and kind every time I walk into the office. I highly recommend the Falls at Westover Hills.

I have lived at these apartments for 2 years already and I honestly have had my ups and downs with the office / maintenance staff but ever since Victoria started working there things have been so much better! She sincerely knows what customer service is and means! In the little time sheâs been there sheâs made a huge impact and I hear about it from my neighbors too! If youâre looking to lease ask for her! Sheâs always willing to help!
